Phil Kronzer had it all. He had a big house, a successful business and a rock-solid family life, being happily married for 39 years.
Now he has nothing but an empty pocketful of memories, as he wages an all out battle against what he calls the "evil satanic cult" that infiltrated the Vatican, a group he says is destroying the Catholic Church from within.
"I am still a devout Catholic and have nothing against the true people of faith in all religions," said Kronzer. "However, I want to expose the evil cults that have infiltrated the Catholic Church as well as other religions, by exposing those who have placed my wife and others like her under mind control in order to destroy good Christian families."
A devout Catholic and nicknamed the cult buster," Kronzer always lived by Christian standards, going through life as an ethical businessman without an ounce of bad blood in his body.
But that was until his ill-fated trip to Medjugorje.
Then, out of the blue like a lightning bolt, his world changed on a dime after a visit to Medjugorie, a city of supposed religious phenomenon in Bosnia.
And for years now, since his wife was ripped away from by an underground cult, he has dedicated his life to debunking "the religious cult" behind Medjugorje, who he claims has destroyed his business and personal life.
Kronzer has spent over four years of his life and more than $500,000 investigating the group that "took away my wife" and the authenticity of Medjugorje confident his now ex-wife and other family members continue to be manipulated by the "cult operating within the Church" primarily due to their wealth.
"Through my efforts which are nonstop since I have nothing else to lose," said Kronzer, "I will continue to uncover a trail of lies, deceit, and sensationalism that Medjugorje supporters use to perpetuate this hoax for personal profit and leaving countless victims behind." But what exactly is the significance of Medjugorje and why, according the Kronzer, are the satanists in firm control of the Vatican using it for their evil benefit?
"Money, of course, is one reason," said Kronzer, adding power, control and meeting the needs of the New World Order are other important factors. "For the benefit of those not aware of Medjugore it is located in eastern Europe in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and was an economically depressed farming community until June 24, 1981 when six Catholic children claimed to have seen and spoken to an apparition of the Virgin Mary on a hillside."
Kronzer added that as a result of this sighting, Medjugorje is now a thriving tourist attraction known as "Miracle City," drawing hundreds of thousands of people from around the world each year. A town once with a population of 500, now boasts more than 15,000 hotel beds, restaurants providing international and domestic specialties, souvenir shops, travel and traffic agencies, and professional guides speaking all international languages.
Also, a number of the original children, now adults, have become wealthy due to their alleged encounter with the Virgin Mary. To date, over 30,000 messages have supposedly been given to these six seers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. In addition, there are now an estimated 3000 Medjugorje centers throughout the United States which promote and facilitate pilgrimages.
"I have spoken with a number of good people who have experienced loss due to Medjugorje and now I have made it my mission to let the world know about this group and it’’s damaging effects, so that others will not have to suffer the losses I have incurred," said Kronzer. "Medjugorje is now the most controversial Catholic shrine in the world today. Many Bishops, including the local Bishop in Mostar, Bosnia, have condemned the phenomenon. Kronzer claims the cult groups behind Medjugorje have a pattern of deceitfully recruiting members, in effect brainwashing them and draining their financial resources.
In an effort to get at the truth and get his wife back, Kronzer has filed a lawsuit against the Medjugorje MIR Center of which his ex-wife is a member and is working to establish a victims network to provide resources to others who have incurred undue suffering as the result of the religious cults of aid Kronzer. He has also formed The Kronzer Foundation for Religious Research in January of 2001 to help victims of religious fraud.
As stated on his web site at www.kronzer.org, "The Kronzer Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides a resource center and network for people and families who have been taken advantage of - mentally, physically and financially.
"Through research and interviews - the foundation will uncover and report on harmful religious frauds and hoaxes worldwide. It will serve as a centralized meeting place for victims who can share their stories and help each other heal.
"The Kronzer Foundation will help families get their loved ones out of cults, into psychological de-programming, and back into their life. We currently have volunteers and representatives in the United States and throughout Greater Europe."
Kronzer, trying to made the public aware of the deceitful operators taking over Catholic Church, he has applauded the efforts of Foundation Applauds Cardinal Vinko Puljic, the Cardinal of Sarajevo who has not denounced the shrine but has shown skepticism, saying it is causing serious divisions in the Catholic Church.
"The Franciscan plague that is poisoning our Church must be halted and the disobedient Franciscan monks at Medjugorje and their allies in the United States prevented from spreading deception and lies in the name of religion," said Kronzer, adding that Cardinal Puljic has also called attention to the Franciscans. "Charlatans, false seers, Franciscan fakirs and scam artists have no place in the true Church. As Cardinal Puljic undoubtedly knows, money not faith is the tainted fruit of Medjugorje."
For his strong position against an obviously powerful group, Kronzer has been destroyed financially as well as being the brunt of a completely false character assassination.
"I think they have given up trying to label me as a child molester and other things as there is nothing in my background to even remotely match-up the unfounded allegations," said Kronzer.
Besides Medjugorje, Kronzer’s research has uncovered a connection to the Jesuit Order, the Freemasons and other cult groups connected to the Illuminati and New World Order, through who he calls a "deceitful Jesuit Bishop" named Bishop Hnilica.
Kronzer said that Bishop Hnilica supposedly has his "dirty fingers" behind the ongoing Medjugorje scam as well as other shenanigans, including the 1982 massive Vatican Bank scandal involving billions of dollars of stolen assests from the Vatican and other banks.
"I have found out that Hnilca is behind the Medjugorje group and that he even tried to personally get his hands on thousands of dollars of my money," said Kronzer.
Kronzer said his research also uncovered Hnilica’s name popping up in the Vatican Bank scandal after recently talking with Carlo Calvi in Montreal, the son of Roberto Calvi, the former Italian Bank of Ambrosiano chairman killed when the bank scandal broke.
Kronzer said Calvi’s son has ben trying to clear his father’s name and, at the same time, prove he was murdered, as a recent murder trial finally opened in Rome in 2005 is verifying his son’s suspicions.
