Without warning, like a flash out of the blue, a string of black limousines pulled up to the quiet Arizona home of Rene Welch and Ronald Logsdon.

Their house in the desert was immediately surrounded by an intimidating group of foreign-looking men, four or five barging through the door and taking over the living room. The ones who entered quickly taped the windows black, set-up a motion-picture projector and told the frightened couple to pay attention closely.

What happened next to the unsuspecting couple in 1987 could have come right from an old James Bond movie. But, unfortunately, the scene was all too real as years later they still carry the emotional scars of the ill-fated incident

They also carry the bad memories of repeated CIA/FBI harassment, bugging, interrogations and physical abuse, stemming from the encounter with the men in the black limousines.

During the years that followed, Welch, the recipient of most of the CIA’s physical abuse, wrote a 150 page account of the 1987 incident to protect her life, sending copies to the Clinton White House and Arizona law enforcement officials. And, still to this day, she has a copy safely tucked away in a bank vault just in case "something happens."

Although Welch and Logsdon have since parted company, they claim the CIA bugging and snooping is ongoing and, in fact, intensified after 9/1.

After years of soul searching and facing many nonbelievers, Logsdon, 49, now living in Philadelphia, has again decided to go public in an attempt to alert others about what the couple learned in 1987 about the government’s plan to bring down the WTC to justify war in the Middle East.

There are as many stories about 9/11 conspiracy theories as there are stars in the sky, but this one somehow shines brighter and larger than most. It starts out as a simple story about a young couple who crossed paths in 1986 while getting their degrees in clinical hypnosis. It very well could end, having world wide implications, since their story could provide hard evidence that the U.S. government was planning to bring down the Twin Towers as early as 1987.

As they say in Hollywood, what happened in between is "the stuff movies are made out of," as fact is sometimes stranger than fiction.

"Both of us were interested in advance learning and brain development and worked together on several mechanical devices involved with dream enhancement and foreseeing the future," said Logsdon, an engineer by trade who previously had government security clearances when working for Motorola. "We worked on several devices which put people into a hypnotic state and became well-known for our advanced techniques and use of this type of technology.

"Our work spread quickly through the scientific community and become known to somevery wealthy people who were quite interested in exploring development for healing purposes as well as visions of the future."

Looking back, Logsdon said their advanced techniques and the use of what he called "a light and sound machine" inducing sensitivities to foresee the future while under a hypnotic state, was the main reason behind attracting the attention of the men in the black limousines.

Logsdon said what makes the story even more incredible, however, was that two of the men that forcefully entered his home introduced themselves as two of the bin Laden brothers, but neither of the two being Osama.

And from a quiet Philadelphia park bench, a place where our Founding Fathers once walked and were probably still listening intently today, Logsdon continued with the detail of his story, a story that could change the course of American history if anybody bothers to listen or believe.

"Two of the bin Laden brothers came some 90 miles from Phoenix, Arizona, and stopped at our
doorstep unannounced. Their bodyguards set up a surveillance parameter around our property and others cameinto our house, taped up the windows and set up a film projector. The people in this motorcade seemed very scared, and presented this as a matter of life and death," recalled Logsdon, who said at the time in 1987 the couple had no idea about the eventual 9/11 implications.

"These men told us to be very cautious and to assume that we were under surveillance by our government. For several hours they showed us films of meetings of key Arabs and U.S. government officials discussing the oil issues. The bottom line was that if the Arabs did not do it their way, the U.S. would simply take their oil by force. They also explained that they have been manipulated into setting up bank accounts where oil profits were siphoned off and were no longer under their control."

At one point during the meeting, Logsdon said the two bin Laden brothers made it clear they were the "mavericks" in the family, not wanting to see American colonialism take a firm hold over their country’s values and vital resources. He also said they were very curious as to whether his "light and sound" machine could help pinpoint dates and times about when a future U.S. takeover of the Middle East would occur.

"Looking back, it was incredible the key information they shared with us concerning how the events of 9/11actually played out," said Logsdon. "One key film showed several people who presented themselves as U.S. advisers explained how they had come up with a plan how to accomplish this eventual takeover. Using Pearl Harbor as an example, they explained how you needed a trigger even to initiate a war to get the U.S. people on your side.

"They then explained why the World Trade Centers were the ideal target for this purpose. The two bin Ladens showed us this film because they made it very clear how they did not want to be involved with any U.S. plot to manipulate the Arab governments or start a war.

"After 9/11 occurred, it was very obvious to me why the Bush administration would take the extraordinary step of taking the bin Ladens out of the country on September 13th after the towers fell and all planes were grounded. They did not want them to talk and for some reason they still haven’t.

Shortly after the strange meeting, the couple parted company, Logsdon ending up in New York where he tried desperately but with out success to alert the United Nations as well as others to what he learned from the tapes shown to him by the bin Ladens.

"Whenever I would try to explain this plot to others, I very quickly learned others did not want to hear of it Having no evidence or time line, I disappeared in Manhattan and kept looking for some proof," said Logsdon, all the time keeping in close contact with Welch, who now lives in New Mexico.

" René, on the other hand, has had a much more challenging experience In the early '90s, René met someone who told her we had been under surveillance the whole time. As evidence, the person showed René several file cabinets filled with transcriptions of our bugged house conversations."

Furthermore, he said Welch has been aggressively apprehended several times by agents of the U.S. government, being subjected to extreme interrogation techniques and constant harassment.

"Then, in 1996, in an effort to protect herself, she created a 150 page document telling all she had experienced, sending it to the Clinton White House by registered mail," said Logsdon. "She has also worked with several local authorities in Arizona and New Mexico and given them copies of the document. They, in fact, have been involved in protecting her several times and some of these agents are also willing to testify if it ever comes to trial."

Logsdon said he has also tried to testify before the 9/11 Commission, but never received a response after repeated attempts. After emailing the Commission, Logsdon’s computer was "hacked into" by the Defense Department as well as being followed by agents on numerous occasions.

Since 9/11, the couple has been trying to spread the word about their peculiar meeting with the bin Ladens and how this relates to 9/11, but their story has been greeted mostly with deaf ears and disbelieving eyes.

"In August of 2003, I finally went to theFBI and offered myself as a witness so they could contact others to verify my story," said Logsdon. "By about my fourth meeting it became very clear that the FBI had been informed to discard any information about the 911 attacks, and that they had not made no effort whatsoever to contact any of the other witnesses.

"Since then I have been accumulating key documents to verify our story and wish to get them to the proper media sources. It is a reasonable assumption that the media his been aware of the truth for quite some time but has been shackled and are unable to get it to the general public. I still trust in the freedom of the press as one of our key rightsin this country."

Logsdon said the couple is willing to testify in court or before Congress under oath in order to help bring the truth to the American people about what really occurred before, during and after 9/11.

"We have offered ourselves as willing to testify under oath in court if this ever goes to trial," said Logsdon. "Even though all other 9/11 related court cases have been silenced by the Bush administration, I still remain optimistic that one day justice will prevail."
